• 6 residential buildings and a clubhouse
• 212,000 sq. ft.
• 522 beds
• Provided over 5000 feet of concrete-encased telecommunications duct bank from the existing campus headend to the clubhouse. The clubhouse acts as a new distribution point for the back of the campus.
• Provided 1200 feet of concrete-encased high voltage duct bank and 1500 feet of concrete-encased medium voltage ductbank. This was added to provide a new power distribution from the existing campus high voltage system to the new student housing project.
• Provided a new 6-way voltage switch, two 1500kva pad mount utility transformers and a 300kva pad mount utility transformer.
• Provided a 125kw diesel generator

• 7 residential buildings with a coffee shop, convenience store, office area, mailroom, and fitness center.
• 1 pool house
• 256,000 sq. ft.
• 609 beds
• Provided over 2750 feet of concrete-encased telecommunications duct bank from the existing campus headend to the clubhouse. The clubhouse acts as a new distribution point for the back of the campus.
• Provided 650 feet of concrete-encased high voltage duct bank and 3000 feet of concrete-encased medium voltage duct bank. This was added to provide a new power distribution from the existing campus high voltage system to the new student housing project.
• Provided two 1500kva pad mount utility transformers
• Provided a 130kw diesel generator
