• 6 residential buildings and a clubhouse
• 212,000 sq. ft.
• 522 beds
• Provided over 5000 feet of concrete encased telecommunications ductbank from the existing campus headend to the clubhouse. The clubhouse acts as a new distribution point for the back of the campus.
• Provided 1200 feet of concrete encased high voltage ductbank and 1500 feet of concrete encased medium voltage ductbank. This was added to provide a new power distribution from the existing campus high voltage system to the new student housing project.
• Provided a new 6-way voltage switch, two 1500kva pad mount utility transformers and a 300kva pad mount utility transformer.
• Provided a 125kw diesel generator

• 7 residential buildings with coffee shop, convenience store, office area, mail room and fitness center.

• 256,000 sq. ft.
• 609 beds
• Provided over 2750 feet of concrete encased telecommunications ductbank from the existing campus headend to the clubhouse. The clubhouse acts as a new distribution point for the back of the campus.
• Provided 650 feet of concrete encased high voltage ductbank and 3000 feet of concrete encased medium voltage ductbank. This was added to provide a new power distribution from the existing campus high voltage system to the new student housing project.
